Provectus Capital Partners' first investment in the healthcare sector in Slovenia

Through the ASEF (Adriatic Structured Equity Fund) fund, Provectus Capital Partners (PCP) has reached a final agreement to acquire Digitalna slikovna dijagnostika ("DSD" or "Company"), one of the leading radiological diagnostic centers in Slovenia, founded in 1997.

DSD provides services for private patients and holds a concession agreement with the ZZZS (Slovenian Health Insurance Institute) for providing radiological diagnostic services. DSD operates in Ptuj and offers magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, and X-ray radiology services. The experienced team of doctors and radiological engineers at DSD provide services in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.

"We are proud to provide our patients with top-notch service. This is possible through the combination of our experienced medical team and state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. This investment introduces another key element - a strong partner who will support us in the next phases of our development," said Brigitta Kralj, director of Digitalna slikovna dijagnostika.

"I am impressed by the motivation, organization, and effectiveness of the DSD team. DSD is an excellent example of how a dedicated team can improve the accessibility of healthcare services and contribute to retaining medical professionals in their local communities. I look forward to supporting the DSD team in further developing the company," said Silvijo Radušić, Managing Director of PCP.

"This investment proves our core strategy in selecting market leaders and strong teams with excellent experience. Investing in DSD is our first investment in the healthcare sector in Slovenia, a market where we see great potential for growth. We are excited to support DSD in its further development as a strong and committed financial investor, as well as with the knowledge and experience we have gained from our previous investments in the healthcare sector," commented Igor Čičak, CEO and Managing Partner of PCP.

Mazars (financial, tax due diligence) and Schonherr Slovenia (legal due diligence) advised ASEF in this transaction.
